Oh, please don't change it now that I got used to my beloved 
"Tab-f-backspace" key-combo to follow the focus. ;-)

Just guessing but perhaps it's due to the fact that the widgets don't 
share a common parent? I just tried (what else? ;-) kcmemail and 
there's a blinking cursor while tabbing through the line edits.
