Like Matthias Elter, I also would prefer an increase in the quality rather 
than quantity of bug reports. I receive too many bug reports, processing bug 
reports takes away from time I could spend fixing bugs. 

I agree that people should only be able to submit bugs with dr konqi when 
--enable-debug is turned on.

It would also be nice if we could encourage people to play around and try to 
work out how to reproduce difficult to reproduce bugs. This is something that 
is very time consuming but can still done by anyone. People should also be 
encouraged to find a small example (document or sequence of actions) that 
reproduces the problem they have observed.
