Sure -- for the reason that nobody would find it  ... it is totally
uncommon to 
people to dnd using rmb so I already thought dnd in panel was gone.
Is it really that difficult to do proper dnd in the panel with lmb?
Gnome has it, Windows has it .... when will KDE?
