Isn't that a bit of a hack? I want an interface where I can pass 3 mimetypes to the filedialog, let the filedialog fetch and show the proper descriptions and return to the application the mimetype the user is interested in. And in this case the UI shouldn't say "Filter:" but something like "Save as:" (It can probably still include the filter functionality as well though) That's what I mean with "support".
