I'm not a developer (as you know) but I have to agree with most of
aleXXX's points. I also don't understand why the system folder is
almost empty instead of being filled with most of the items in
"Information" (except the Samba Status which I would expect in Network)
and maybe also with the items in "Peripherals", "Sound", and "Power
Control".

I also have see some laptop stuff under Energy. But in this case I
never understood why we have extra modules for Battery Monitor, Low
Battery Critical, and Low Battery Warning instead of just one Battery
module with some sub-sections.

Maybe. But I think the stuff in this module is really somewhat more
"personal" than the rest. How about something like "Personal Settings"?
Maybe a native speaker should jump in here.
