Hi,

while I can understand that it's annonying for translators, please note
that for those of us who are not paid for working on KDE, a freeze in the
middle of July may not be optimal (at least for students who earn their
money during the holidays...), as they probably where busy with other
things right before the freeze.

I think this is one factor that hastened some developers to commit fixes
after the freeze, things they already had planned, but weren't able to do
until then, etc.

Oh and yeah, starting to translate months before a release is pretty
pointless...
