Probably broken for all apps that use the html widget but do not set the fonts
directly.

This is IMO something that should be fixed in a central place.
We have a central font setting that is default for all kde apps that do not 
set their own font. 

So it's an error in konqueror, if konqueror can change the default font for
other apps. IMO, of course ;-)
