The machine it's running at seems to be max.tat.physik.uni-tuebingen.de,
Stephan isn't the only one who has access there. Even I do, but I'm just a 
normal user and I don't know how to fix it anyway.

Fixing bugs without a working bugtracking system is quite...uhm.. 
difficult.
