Hi,

any objections if I add a second parameter bool show=true to
KTMainWindow::restore()? Currently restore() will automatically cally
show() for each mainwindow, but this is not always wanted. E.g. dock-apps
might only want to show the docked widget and not the main widget
depending on how the session was left.
