I didn't know that. That's good news. I'm happy to get rid of that 
crappy "Appearance" tab if all the functionality is going to be done
in kcmicons, including separate settings for kdesktop and konqueror.

BTW, do you take care of kcmicons only, or will you also update the apps
to use the settings ? Just to know if I'll need to do something on this issue.
