I would throw a total fit.

Okay, maybe I wouldn't :-)  But I still object to the change.

URL is an acronym and we seem to *somewhat* consistent about keeping
those uppercase.  For instance, all XML and GUI stuff...  I think
that's a Good Thing(tm)
