kwin now attempts to restart after a crash. Another victory over the evil 
DrKonqi.

Maybe we should, instead of DrKonqi, have a dialog that shows the evil 
DrGates and put all the blame on him. "Your application crashed because your 
computer is haunted by evil deamons!" (Hey, if you don't believe me try to 
run without daemons :-)
