Subject:    KEditToolbar needs an additional parameter

I propose the addtion of a "parent" parameter of type "QWidget*" for
KEditToolbar.

Like all good dialogs it should know it's parent (most likely the
applications mainWidget())

May I change the interface (or, to be binary compatible, may I add
additional constructors)?
