The long awaited instructions for setting up jade and the SGML stuff
are finally here, contributed by Frederik Fouvry.

Note that they don't apply to KDE specifically, so they don't replace
ksgmltools/INSTALL at all. They are more a trouble-shooting guide, in case
you experience ... well ... troubles :/

Hi,

Based on the questions I got, I wrote up a first version of the HOWTO
to solve (some) SGML problems (mainly the ones I got questions about -
although they're nearly all the same anyway ;-).

Nearly all information comes from the SP documentation, but I've tried
to put it in `human' terminology (SGML can sound _very_ mysterious).
