Subject: KTMainWindow and kapp->makeStdCaption

KTMainWindow::setCaption() calls kapp->makeStdCaption, but this
only allows using a subset of what kapp->makeStdCaption can do.
The two bools ('no app name' and more importantly 'modified') are not used,
so to set a caption with a "modified" flag, one needs some hacking around
(calling QWidget::setCaption and makeStdCaption manually, to bypass
KTMW::setCaption(), huh. Just had to do that in KOffice.)
--> Proposal: what about adding
bool withAppName=true, bool modified=false
to KTMainWindow::setCaption(), and pass those to kapp->makeStdCaption ?
I'm asking since I'm not sure I'm not overlooking something (e.g. the fact
that setCaption should remain the overloading of QWidget's method ?).
