Ah, I didn't know this. That's pretty smart.

BTW, RISC OS theme should run in 8-bit mode by using the 40-colour palette
automatically too. I wasn't quite sure what was supposed to happen with
the user-define colours in 8-bit mode, so I just use a fixed grey palette.
