Hi.

I have a problem with KIconLoaderDialog. There's a nice "Browse" button in
it to let the user select an icon from an arbitrary path. This is supposed
to fire up a KFileDialog, but that's not possible in kdeui.

How to solve this? Move KIconLoaderDialog to kfile? Then I'd like to rename
it to KIconDialog too, analogous to KFileDialog.
