kdelibs/kdecore/fakes.cpp has a definition for unsetenv, which
should be picked up as a replacement when unsetenv doesn't exist.
Oh, it seems the bug is that this only happens if setenv doesn't exist
either. Looks like a different configure test is needed.
Fixing that right now.
