Good idea. Otherwise, it is liable to get out of hand quickly.  BTW, I did this
for KDE 1.x in kfm,  but never committed it :((  Here is what I had

Open With > 
        item 1
        item 2
        item 3
       ------
        Other...

"Other..." behaves the same way as does "Open With...".  However, the code has
been changed a bit now besides begin put in a lib.  We also have a "Preview"
deal where the file is previewed with a copy of the application embeded in konqy.
Should we then have 

Open With >
Preview With >

if the number of application bound to that particular mime-type if greater
than one and 

Open with appname
Preview with appname

if there is only one ??  It should not be that bad to do...
