Hiya,

KStyle isn't frozen but I want to make a binary incompatible change so I
thought I would ask first. Now that mac menubar mode is working I would
like to add both a parameter to the routine that draws menubars so you
can style the mac and normal menubars differently and a routine to draw
a mask for the menubar when in mac mode so it can be transparently
shaped. The cool new Qt parent pixmap hacks don't help here because it's
a toplevel - you need to use a real mask.

Anyone mind if I do it. It only affects the KDE style stuff, not apps.
