Hi,

one problem (maybe some of you have seen my #warnings in kapp.cpp and
kcrash.cpp) is that I need to get argv[0] which contains the filename and/or
the path of the binary. This is not possible with KCmdLineArgs and I wonder
if there is a way to get it.
