Hi!

I just committed an icon control module. It's available under Desktop/icons.

There was already a control module named "icons" there, I temporarily moved
it to "desktop".

The Settings/desktop directory is getting awfully full, and it contains
_two_ types of settings:

1. Desktop related settings, including Background, Borders, Desktop (former
Icons), and possibly Screensaver and Energy

2. Global appearance settings: Style, Icons, Colors, Language, Fonts

Maybe we should split "Desktop" up and create an new toplevel group called
something like "Appearance", containing the control modules from 2?

Opinions?

Greetings,
