Let's say I want to create a KStdAction but I want to change the visible
text. In my rc file I would have this:
<ActionProperties>
  <Action name="file_new" text="New Penguin"/>
</ActionProperties>

But how will that get internationalized? I can't do this (I tried it
just
for giggles):
 text="i18n(\"New Penguin\")"

The address in the headers is not the poster's real email address.  Do not send
private mail to the poster using your mailer's "reply" feature.  CC's of mail 
to mailing lists are OK.  Problem reports to "postmaster@umail.corel.com".  
The poster's email address is "emilye@corel.com".
