Subject: How to compile one app out of a module - inst-apps

If you want to compile only ONE application in a CVS module,
it is very easy: just put that application's name (the toplevel subdir
actually) in "inst-apps". With the latest admin/, it will _configure_
and make only that directory. This could be handy especially for the
developers with an application in kdenonbeta ;-)
This new scheme also fixes the problem some (including me) had with ksmserver
(or any other new app) not being compiled. From now on, inst-apps is never
created automatically, and the contents of subdirs (autogenerated) are
used instead.
NOTE: this means that you should all remove your existing inst-apps, so that
you get the future new apps automatically.
