No, sorry :-)
The bug was caused by an object derived from QFrame. Unfortunatly, it
was only visible when executing the dialog showing its parent. And it
appeared exactly the time when you changed the KDialogBase class. 
So I simply expected the bug to be caused by this and did not find any.
