cool, could you also fix the positioning of widgets inserted via
insertWidget()? KFileDialog inserts a custom combobox and it isn't
centered, but aligned to the top of the toolbar, which looks ugly.

And could you make it obey QFrame::NoFrame, so it doesn't always paint a
frame? E.g. this would look much better in KFD, I think.
