ok, well I see this as icons like the toolbar icons. These icons can not
be changed by the user (or can/should they?) Anyway, I just committed 
the some icons + dir + am_edit + kiconloader changes so if it turns out 
not to be a good solution we will have to revert. I will change hexedit, kedit
and kwrite (perhaps). It will be simple to revert them later if required.


Coolo: The icons are now named "him-listitems-colors.png" etc.
