What I don't like here is that the more we split icons in groups,
the less icons the user can choose ... unless KIconLoaderDialog
will be changed to allow selecting icons from any icon type ?

(I mean : is this just some 'namespacing' for icons, or is it
also so that those icons remain internal to KDE apps ?
I wouldn't like the latter.)
