Debug areas could be implemented by creating the streams in
kApplication, giving the area to the constructor. Would mean something
like kapp->kDebugMessage() << "Bla bla";
May be this (kapp->kDebugMessage()) could be macroed to kDebug. 
But how to make this noops in final builds?
