When I add a standard action to a menu (eg, KStdACtion::quit()) it
places an icon next to the  menu entry even if that action is not also
a toolbar.  Is this correct?  

Shouldn't the icon appear in the menu only if the action appears on a
toolbar?  

Should "quit" ever need an icon (since it never gets put on a toolbar)?
