I use the Mac style menu bar. And the menu bar is always at the top of
the screen. This would make it very easy to access the menus because
you just have to move the mouse to the top but the menu bar has an
invisible border which prevents this. This is annoying and the
advantage of the Mac style menu bar is lost.

Second problem: when a window is maximized it still has a border for
resizing on the right side. Very often when I want to click on the
scroll bar I accidentally resize the window. In Win95 there's no such
border. I know that many people hate this border.

I propose removing both borders.
