I added a small script to kdesdk/scripts, which tries to figure out what
license a source file is under.

KDE2@orion:~/src/kdelibs> ~/licensecheck dcop/dcopref.cpp
dcop/dcopref.cpp: X11 (BSD like)
KDE2@orion:~/src/kdelibs> ~/licensecheck kfile/kpreview.cpp
kfile/kpreview.cpp: LGPL (version 2 or later)

I found it helpful if you want to check that a library is really completely
under LGPL or something like that (you can pass more than one file).
