Er.. well, that's not true.  Explicitely saying that you may link to
Qt extends the license, not restricts it.  An example of restricting
the license would be to say that you may not link with any BSD code.
Saying that you *may* link with more code then the license otherwise
stated is the opposite of a restriction :-)
