Hiya,

Why is the protocol manager in kdecore and not in kio? 

I would like to change the following:

* Rename the KProtocolManager to KProtocolSettings.
* Make a class KProtocol which is derived from KService. 
* Put all the protocols in sycoca.
* Move the protocol files from share/config/protocols to share/services
* Change the format of the protocol files into the standard .desktop 
file format with Type=Protocol. Fields which do not exist in the 
.desktop standard ([Desktop Entry] section) will remain in the 
[Protocol] section.
