AFTER_KRASH_API is used in various places (kfile, khtml, konqueror,
kscreensaver), but isn't defined anywhere.
Is this intentional (i.e. shall we just add -DAFTER_KRASH_API to our
CFLAGS), or should it get fixed in the configure scripts?
