I just got a question from one Caitoo want-to-be user about installation.
I realized that I don't know how to help him, and that's why I want to ask
KDE people.

He wants to install Caitoo but he doesn't have permissions for the installation
into the main KDE tree.
Can he keep using the main KDE tree and install Caitoo into his local 
directory ?
How should he then set KDEDIR ?
