That would be a problem for the kpsion code - it will soon use SIGUSER
as it needs to be informed by the ncpd when a psion is attached to the
host machine and when it is detached. ncpd is not a KDE library/app
(nor even an X11 app) so it can't easily use dcop. I expect the same
is going to be true in other places where KDE code meets non-KDE code.
