OK Matthias asked for a summary of how well drag and drop was working
between KDE and GNOME. It's a work in progress. :)

Drops from Konqueror onto GMC (the GNOME file manager) work properly. The
file gets moved, and konqueror refreshes to show it isn't there, and it
shows up in GMC. Yippie.

Drops the other way (from GMC onto Konqueror) don't work. At all. The
action simply isn't being accepted.

I fired up dragdrop (the Qt demo) and drags from GMC onto the dragdrop
windows *sometimes* changed the status line to show what the mime type of
the dragged data was, and sometimes not. It was like the mouseovers were
sometimes getting passed along, and sometimes they weren't. Very flakey.

I'm not sure where the problem lies.
