  Strongly agree. 

  For example there was a snapshot two days ago, where basically almost
everything worked in kdelibs, base, office (well, not imageshop and
katabase). We can just stop at such a moment, fix the trivial things in
kdenetwork, utils and graphics, release it, and move on keeping the
momentum.
