But KGlobal is something else than KApplication - KGlobal keeps
variables
that are meant to be accessed just once while KApplication keeps
variables.
You're right, that we should make this a bit less strict as shlibs will
be
used more and more within KDE - but not like you suggested. I don't like
your solution at all as it makes the code of 90% of the apps uglier.
