Can please rename this to dcopxml, and kidl2cpp to dcopxml2cpp ?

It's what it is, right ? Nothing to do with the IDL language ?
Showing the world that we hacked not only one idl compiler but two
is giving people sticks to beat us with (hmm that's a French saying I'm afraid).

And you save half of the docu you need to write, because the name would be
a lot more self-explaining. :)
