Don't know but be careful, it's used by KTabBar

kdbtn.h:class KTabButton : public KDirectionButton  
ktabbar.cpp:  ptab->left = new KTabButton(LeftArrow, this);   

No idea what we should do, but for sure it's
"keep all" or "remove everything".
