consider those which are in KDE 1.1.2 in the default-
tree to be hicolor-icons (some aren't but that doesn't 
matter right now. We'll change that ASAP).
consider those which are new to be hicolor-icons as 
well until someone confirmed that they are locolors.

Nope, no list.

If you took the locolor-icons from KDE 1.1.1 then
all are locolor-icons. The same applies to the 
locolor-tarball that I sent your for KDE 1.1.2

If you're unsure please send me a tarball and 
I'll have a look as soon as possible. I'm right now
quite busy so I can't promise to do it at once
nor do I have time to checkout pre-alpha-KDE 2.0 :-(
(Especially as I'd like to join KDETwo and I'll
have to finish things quicker because of this 
than I thought.)

Yepp, it is completely out of style (It's obviously a 
Windowmaker/Afterstep-icon and needs to be redone 
to integrate smoothly into our iconset.)
