Oooh. I remember that there were very long discussion about this topic.
Forgot the outcome. Probably none ;)

That reminds of something: I was asked to add Ctrl-a as shortcut for
"Select All". The people working on HCI guidelines all agreed. If no one
has any objections, I'm going to put this in soon.
