Hi!

I made a totally clean build of support with todays CVS and encountered
a little problem:

config.h in the directory odbc/libodbc++/include/odbc++ is not created
automatically. A 'make config.h' in this dir solves the problem, but I
think this file should be created during configure...

Can please someone with a little bit more knowledge of auto* stuff
add a dependency or something like that?
