Sorry for comming back with this bug report. Sorry also for not using the
bugreport system (we're too near KDE-1.2 release).

In KDE-1.X:
1) start an app with toolbars.
2) click (single or double) on blank zones on a toolbar -> nothing happens
(which is normal behavior)
3) fold the toolbar by clicking on its handle
4) unfold the toolbar
5) single click on a blank zone on the toolbar -> toolbar folds (which it
shouldn't)

In KDE-2:
1) start an app with toolbars.
2) single click on a blank zone on the toolbar -> toolbar folds (which it
shouldn't)
