Hi

I forgot who paid attention to the known issue :-) of the broken session
management. He discovered that the config files used in kwm's session
management restore proxy (those named like kapplicrc.1) are deleted before
kwm gets a chance to use them

Well, in kapp.cpp line 422, there is a aConfigFile.remove() which can
explain all. Why does that be there?
