This is supposed to be compatible with Gnome's way of doing. Don't know in what measure it's compatible with old stuff, but the application part (the "user" API) will hopefully be unchanged. It's the wm which will do things differently (both the library part - kdelibs/kdecore/kwm.[cpp,h] - and the wm itself) WARN: I could be off mark here. Cristian
