I plan to write a new class KMetrics. This class will be able to calculate 
 inch <=> cm
 kilogramm <=> pound
 etc.
and other metrics.

Do we need this ? At least in KOffice this is very nice to have. Perhaps other
KDE apps can use this too.

Any comments ?
