I'd consider that a bug in your packaging. There's no absolute requirem=
ent of=20
an app for a specific version of kdelibs. If your packages need that, y=
ou=20
should probably fix them. The decoupling of libs and apps, and especial=
ly the=20
modularization of kdelibs into Frameworks will only reveal more problem=
s with=20
your packages.
